What is I AM WHOLE, and what do you offer?
We are a holistic wellness practice working with mind, body and energy. We offer services such as trauma release, nutrition consultancy, nervous-system alignment (spine/PEMF therapy), mindfulness & bodywork. We also run events, retreats and educational content.

Who can benefit from your services?
Everyone but our main clientele is adults and teens experiencing stress, anxiety, emotional trauma, physical pain or everyday life challenges. It’s suitable if you’re seeking holistic alignment rather than just symptom relief.

Do you only treat physical pain?
No, while we address physical pain (injuries, musculoskeletal issues), we also work with emotional and energetic blocks, stress, trauma and nervous-system imbalances.

What is the process / how do I start?
Usually, you book an initial consultation or session (in-person or online) where we discuss your history, goals, and then create a personalised plan.
From there, sessions may involve bodywork, nutrition guidance, and mindset/mindfulness tools, among other approaches.

Do I need a referral from a doctor?
In many cases, no. However, if you have serious medical conditions, it’s always wise to consult your healthcare provider and let us know your full health background to ensure we tailor safely.

What results can I expect & how long before I see change?
Results vary depending on your individual context (how long the issue has been, your lifestyle, and level of commitment). Some people experience shifts from the first session, while others require a series of sessions to achieve deeper change.
We emphasise ongoing lifestyle support (nutrition, mindset, movement) for sustainable results.

Do you work with teenagers or young people?
We offer specific programs for younger individuals, helping them develop resilience, confidence, emotional regulation, and healthy habits.

Do you offer online or remote sessions?
Yes, for certain services (e.g., mindset/mindfulness coaching, nutrition guidance) online sessions are available. For bodywork, you need to attend in person.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We require 24 hours' notice to cancel; otherwise, a cancellation fee applies.

Are your services covered by private health insurance/rebates?
Whilst we are not covered by private health insurance. Our pricing is very affordable, and we offer packages tailored to individuals requiring long-term treatment.

Is there an age limit / any medical conditions you don’t treat?
No

What should I bring/prepare for my first session?
Please wear comfortable clothing, bring any relevant medical history or test results, and inform us of any medications you are taking. Arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.

What is your philosophy / what makes you different?
We believe healing comes from aligning body, mind and energy; removing physical/ emotional blocks; empowering you to own your story, build resilience and live in full expression. Our practitioner has extensive experience in wellness, trauma release, and nervous system work.

How do you keep my information confidential / what are your privacy policies?
We respect your privacy and follow all relevant laws (e.g., Australian Privacy Act). Your sessions and details are confidential. We can send you a copy of our privacy policy.

Can I combine your services with my current medical care/physiotherapy / other therapies?
Yes — our work is complementary. Please inform us of all other therapies and any medications you’re on for safe integration.

What if I have tried other therapies and haven’t seen results?
That’s okay. Our holistic approach may look at underlying root causes (nervous system, emotional trauma, lifestyle), which may have been missed. We’ll assess your unique situation.
